Steepest incline in Manhattan: 170 degrees with average grade of 9.5%. Ft George Hill from Dyckman up to St Nicholas Ave. Nearly half-mile and it seems like it is straight up. Nearby Fairview Ave a bit shorter but equally steep.
Gorman Park. Home to THE BEST tasting water fountain in ALL of NYC. Based on my sample of over 500 drinking fountains in the past decade (runners-up Wingate Park in Brownsville, BK and St. Albans Park in Queens).
